The short version

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and saves nothing in your browser. There is no tracking pixel and no advertising tag on any page. You can read the whole site without telling it anything about you. The only thing that ever leaves your device is a form you fill in and send yourself.

The forms

There are eleven forms on this site. The presale list sits on the home page, the events page and each of the four series pages. The Production page carries five more: the production quote, DJ submissions, performers and staff, vendors, and sponsors and press.

They are connected. When you press send, what you typed goes into the system EPIC uses to run its events, and nothing else goes with it. No IP address, no device details, no cookie, nothing the page worked out about you on its own. Every field is one you can see and chose to fill in.

It is stored in a database on Cloudflare held by the team who build this site for EPIC, and read by them and by EPIC. It is used to answer you and to plan the show, and it is not sold, shared for advertising or handed to anyone else.

Sending a form books nothing and buys nothing. It starts a conversation with a person.

Buying a ticket

Tickets are bought on Eventbrite, not here. Eventbrite takes your name, your email and your payment details under its own privacy policy, and gives EPIC the attendee list for the show. That list is how EPIC knows who is coming.

Email and text messages

The presale form asks for an email address, and for a mobile number only if you want set times by text on the day. The email address is how EPIC sends the presale link. Nobody has set up the text messages yet, so a number you give sits unused until they do. Leave it blank if you would rather it did not.

EPIC's domain carries mail records for a Mailchimp account, so a mailing list may already exist from before this site. Who is on it and how it is run has not been written down.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare records the ordinary details of a request, such as the address it came from and the page asked for, to serve the page and to block attacks. That is standard host behaviour, not something EPIC has set up or reads.

Links that leave this site

Instagram, Eventbrite and any other site linked from here have their own policies. Once you click out, this page stops applying.

Photos of people

The photos on this site are from EPIC's own shows, so people who were at them appear in them. Some are free to use stock stand-ins and are marked where they sit. If you are in a photo here and want it taken down, ask on Instagram and it comes down.

Age

Every EPIC show on record has been 21 and over. This site is not meant for children and asks nothing of them.

Asking what EPIC holds

If you live in California you can ask what personal information a business holds about you, ask for it to be deleted, and tell it not to sell or share it. See Do not sell my info.

What this site holds about you is whatever you typed into a form and sent, and nothing more. Ask on Instagram and it can be read back to you or deleted. What EPIC holds outside this site, including the Eventbrite attendee lists, is EPIC's to answer.
