Do not sell my info

Last updated 14 October 2026

What this right is

If you live in California, you can tell a business not to sell your personal information and not to share it for targeted advertising. You can also ask what it holds about you and ask for it to be deleted. You do not have to give a reason, and nobody is allowed to treat you worse for asking.

Where this site stands

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and carries no advertising tags. The only information it holds is what somebody typed into one of its forms and sent. None of it is sold, none of it is shared for advertising, and none of it goes to anyone outside EPIC and the team who build this site.

That answer covers this website only.

Where EPIC stands

EPIC does hold information outside this site, mainly the attendee lists Eventbrite gives them after a show, and whatever sits in the Mailchimp account the domain's mail records point at. What EPIC does with either has not been written down yet.

Making a request

There is no request form or request address yet. Until there is, message @epicfestsd on Instagram and say what you want: do not sell, tell me what you hold, or delete what you hold.

To find you in a list, EPIC would need the email address or the phone number you used to buy a ticket or to fill in a form here. Nothing more than that.

Someone asking for you

An agent can make the request for you, in writing, with your permission.

When this page changes

The forms connected on 14 October 2026 and this page was rewritten the same day. If EPIC ever starts handing a list to anyone, it gets rewritten again and the date at the top changes.
